Local photographer in Master Photographer of the Year finals
The Master Photographer Association has unveiled the shortlist in the 2010 Master Photography Awards and local professional photographer Fotograf Helle S. Andersen has been selected.
Helle S. Andersen´s photographs will join others from across the world that will adorn the new 'Wall of Fame' at the forthcoming Awards Dinner and presentation ceremony that takes place on Sunday 17th October at the Hilton Metropole close to the NEC in Birmingham. The overall 'Master Photographer of the Year' will be chosen from these short-listed entries.
The Master Photography Awards are the most prestigious awards for photography in the UK and feature the cream of today's photographic talent.
Run by the Master Photographers Association, the Awards are open to professional photographers from all over the world and gaining placement in the finals is a great honour.
Helle S. Andersen said: " Fantastic – I just joined MPA in the spring, after being recommended by 2 great photographers and now I have 8 pictures in the finals – I am very excited .
